Visa Refusal Review

A refusal letter names a ground but rarely explains the reasoning behind it. Reapplying without understanding that reasoning usually produces the same result and burns another fee and another few months.

We read the refusal, the original file and the evidence that was actually submitted, then write an independent opinion: what most likely triggered the decision, whether it is fixable, and whether reapplying, appealing or switching route gives the better odds.

The fee is fixed and the opinion is honest. Sometimes it says the case is weak and you should not spend more. We would rather write that than take a retainer.
